About this online Tajweed test

Learning Tajweed combines understanding the rules with listening, repetition, and feedback. This free test helps you spot gaps in your theoretical knowledge before you plan your next lessons.

Is this Tajweed test suitable for beginners?

Yes. Each version starts with beginner questions and moves to intermediate and advanced topics. Some questions may be unfamiliar, and that is useful: the explanations show what to learn next. You will need to recognise Arabic letters and vowel signs for the example questions.

Will the test check my Quran pronunciation?

No. There is no microphone recording or audio evaluation. A high score means strong performance on the written questions. Accurate articulation, Ghunnah, timing, and fluent application need an oral assessment with a qualified teacher.

Can I retake the test?

Yes. Review the explanations, practise, then take it again. Answer choices are shuffled. The full test uses the same 50 questions, so a higher repeat score may partly reflect remembering the answers.

What should I study after the test?

Use your topic breakdown to choose your next focus. Start with the weakest foundational topics, then practise them in short passages with a teacher. You can learn Tajweed online with Firdaws Academy for structured guidance.
