Welcome to Firdaws Academy, these are the terms and conditions of Firdaws Academy. The following Terms of Service apply when you become a student. Please read the following terms carefully.

1– CLASSES ATTENDANCE
Time is the most valuable resource we have. Therefore, both students and teachers are expected to be online promptly at the scheduled time. Punctuality is essential, and delays will not be accepted from either side—except in cases of genuine emergencies.

If you have more than 1 student, you will see all the students and the teachers’ names on the main Dashboard.
To join the class, you will see the upcoming class on the main dashboard. The enter button will appear 15 minutes before the class
If you would like to cancel the class or reschedule it for another day, click on see more
After you click on see more, you can click on cancel, and then you will have 3 choices
- Reschedule class: to choose another day and time to have this class instead of today’s class
- Auto makeup class: this choice will cancel today’s class and add it as a normal class at the end of your course on the usual days
- No reschedule: it means that you will cancel today’s class without a makeup
Follow up on all your family members’ progress
For the parents, now it will be easy for you to follow up on all your family members’ progress
You can click on the class summary, choose the student’s name, then click on the class and see its history and the class report to be updated class by class
Now the payments are manual, and it’s individual; each student has their own plan and their own invoice
To see the family invoices, you can go to the billing button, and you will see all the payment details, such as the student’s name, amount, and whether the invoice states if it has been paid or not yet.
Also, now it’s available to pay with any method you prefer
2– DRESS CODE
Students should ensure that their outfit is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran classes.
3– REARRANGED AND MAKEUP CLASSES
(Important – Please read carefully)
1. If a student cannot attend a class for any reason, they must inform the teacher at least 4 hours before the class starts. The student may then reschedule the class for another suitable day.
•Note: A maximum of three rearranged classes per month is allowed, regardless of the study plan.
2. If a student misses a class without informing the teacher via Zoom chat at least 4 hours in advance, no makeup class will be provided, except in cases of sudden illness or a death in the family.
3. Do not contact the support team for class cancellations that are less than one week in duration.
4. If a student plans to take a holiday, they must notify both the teacher and the Admin by emailing [email protected] or using the Live Chat icon on our website.
* Classes will be suspended if the invoice is not paid for a full month.
* Classes are not stopped immediately once the previous lessons are completed.
However, they will be suspended if the current course invoice has not been paid.
Therefore, the student will be required to pay two invoices:
The unpaid course they have already taken
The new course that is supposed to begin
4– TEACHERS PUNCTUALITY
Occasionally, a teacher may miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as a power outage or medical emergency.
If your teacher is late, you can send a reminder from your portal profile to let them know you are online and waiting. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
If a teacher is frequently late or absent, kindly email us at [email protected] or contact us immediately via the Live Chat icon on our website.
5– NUMBER OF MONTHLY CLASSES/HOURS
The number of classes and study hours is agreed upon at the time of enrollment. If you wish to increase or reduce the number of classes, please contact us via email at [email protected] or send us a message through the Live Chat icon on our website.
Also, the student can add extra hours to the current study plan at any time. Regular study hour rate = $8.5
6– QUALITY CONTROL
The quality of learning is continuously monitored through structured procedures. These include tracking attendance and discipline, conducting regular teacher training, gathering feedback from both students and teachers, and following the monthly progress reports on the Academy portal.
7–REPORTS
Teachers are required to record the class times and write a brief summary report after each session. Every month, students and parents will see a progress report on the Academy portal. These reports provide an opportunity for parents to review their child’s development and overall performance.
8– RATING AND FEEDBACK
Our Quality department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, enquiries or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.
9– PRIVACY POLICY
Firdaws Academy keeps the privacy of both student and teacher. All personal information is considered as secret information that no one has the right to know, copy nor use it in any way. Emails offered by the academy to teachers and students are the formal and only correspondences channel.
10– PAYMENT POLICY
Trial Lesson
Subscription must be completed after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson begins.

If you have remaining classes from the previous month:
Please do not delay the new payment to wait for those classes to be completed, as this will disrupt scheduling. Instead, you may:
1. Request a refund for the unused classes from the academy, or
2. Arrange with your teacher to make up the missed classes at another suitable time.

11– REFUND POLICY
If you aren’t satisfied or if you wish to stop your classes at any time during the month, we will refund you 100% of the classes that have not been given. But you must email [email protected] or text the Live Chat icon two days earlier than the date of stopping.
If the number of study hours has not been completed in a certain month, you must arrange these missed classes ASAP with your teacher to make them up on other suitable days for both of you.
12– PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, ‘Allah has given you something better than them, the day of (Eid) Adhaa and the day of (Eid) Fitr.
Accordingly, we have two main public holidays which are Eid Adha holiday that lasts for 5 days and Eid Fitr holiday that lasts for 3 days. (Please note that your classes during these break will be as a gift for your teacher and will not be made up).
13 – Studying in the Academy (only)
Not allowed to study with your teacher out of the Academy. (Only in the Academy)
14 – Leaving the Academy
If the student decides to leave the Academy for any reason, we kindly request that they email [email protected] or text the Live Chat icon. Two days earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
15 – The Feedback Form
