That is why more efforts have been devoted to the promotion of Arabic than any other language in the world. All manner of books, big and small have been written throughout the ages of Arabic grammar and syntax, literature, and rhetoric which continue to serve as a valuable repository of knowledge for the learners. However, every generation of learners has its own peculiar requirements and any course can only be useful if it caters to the needs of the learner.
The process of teaching Arabic for non-native speakers can be effective through many fathers: the characteristics of the teachers, the characteristics of the learners, the programs ability which meet the learner’s needs, and the visual aid, that’s why should integrate and work harmoniously to give the desired results.

The study aims to help teachers to improve their teaching skills, the programs, and the student’s language acquisition.
The teaching programs should be with language centers to identify the main dimensions of the effectiveness of learning the Arabic language by native speakers. The effectiveness of learning Arabic for non-native speakers on a variety of characteristics in order to achieve the goals of learning Arabic.
One of the important factors used to measure the program is the number of the teaching hours, understanding first if the teaching hours are sufficient or not, and then utilization of the teaching hours. It’s not only important to have sufficient teaching hours, but it’s equally as important to investigate if the teaching hours are efficiently distributed between the skills of the language.
On the Academic level, the teacher should fully comprehend certain aspects of the Arabic language such as grammar, syntax, and language structures and should have the proper knowledge in order to fulfill the student’s need and develop their language skills.
The Arabic course that teaches language, in particular, should be replete with exercises of language rules. In the past ages, the need for the practical application of language rules was taken care of by the teacher’s method of instruction and by an invigorating academic environment conducive to the practice of Arabic. That’s why in those days our needs have arisen for books and courses which facilitate learning by providing exercise in applied grammar. The grammatical rules of any language are not taught as an end in themselves, rather they are the means to arraigning proficiency in the various skills of the language. That is why all modern methods of teaching Arabic lay special emphasis on the practical application of grammatical rules rather than limiting the students to merely learning these rules by heart.
According to this harmonization, the materials and teaching methods should be diversified to meet the different needs and levels through the use of audio-visual aids, not taken into consideration the teacher will not achieve the desired goals.
Past experience obtained by the students regarding the level of learning should be taken into consideration by the tutor. According to that, the learner’s acceptance doesn’t depend on the internal biological factors but on the obtained skills, which are necessary as a prerequisite to learning what is more complicated and difficult. Hence, past learning experiences from an important condition for learning. Accordingly, the teacher’s important task is identifying the student’s needs and motives combined with the various conditions that surround and affect the student that either motivate or constrain him in the learning situation.
