Welcome to Firdaws Academy, these are the terms and conditions of Firdaws Academy. The following Terms of Service apply when you become a client or a student. Please read the following terms carefully.

Knowledge base of Firdaws Academy
1– CLASSES ATTENDANCE
Time is the most valuable resource we have. Therefore, both students and teachers are expected to be online promptly at the scheduled time. Punctuality is essential, and delays will not be accepted from either side—except in cases of genuine emergencies.
2– DRESS CODE
Students should ensure that their outfit is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran classes.
3– REARRANGED AND MAKEUP CLASSES
4– TEACHERS PUNCTUALITY
Occasionally, a teacher may miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as a power outage or medical emergency.
If your teacher is late, please email them through Zoom to let them know you are online and waiting. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
If a teacher is frequently late or absent, kindly email us at [email protected] or contact us immediately via the Live Chat icon on our website.
5– NUMBER OF MONTHLY CLASSES/HOURS
The number of classes and study hours is agreed upon at the time of enrollment. If you wish to increase or reduce the number of classes, please contact us via email at [email protected] or send us a message through the Live Chat icon on our website.
Please note:
• If your first payment was made on any day other than the first day of the month, you will complete the remaining classes for that month accordingly.
• From the following month onwards, you will attend the number of classes specified in your chosen study plan.
Also:
• If there are extra classes beyond the agreed number in any month (e.g., a fifth Saturday when only four classes are scheduled), your teacher will inform you of the cancellation of those additional classes.
• This is because your payment is calculated on a per-hour basis, and extra classes beyond the agreed plan are not included in your tuition.
Example:
If your plan includes 4 classes per month on Saturdays, and the month happens to have 5 Saturdays, the 5th class will be cancelled.

Q: Can I upgrade / downgrade my study plan at a later date?
A: For Manual Monthly Subscription: Yes, you can increase or decrease your study plan classes but you must inform [email protected] by email or text the Live Chat icon two days earlier at the end of the current month and before the next month starts, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be canceled without refunding.
A: For Automatic Monthly Subscription: Yes, you can increase or decrease your study plan classes but you must inform [email protected] by email or text the Live Chat icon two days earlier before the day of Registration, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be canceled without refunding.
Also, the student can add extra hours to the current study plan at any time. Regular study hour rate = $8.5
6– QUALITY CONTROL
The quality of learning is continuously monitored through structured procedures. These include tracking attendance and discipline, conducting regular teacher training, gathering feedback from both students and teachers, and issuing quarterly progress reports.
QUARTERLY REPORTS
Students and parents will receive a Quarterly Progress Report at the end of each three-month term — in January, April, July, and October. These reports offer parents a clear overview of their child’s academic performance and development, allowing for timely support and intervention if needed.

7–REPORTS
Teachers are required to record the class times and write a brief summary report after each session. Every three months, students and parents will receive a quarterly progress report. These reports provide an opportunity for parents to review their child’s development and overall performance.
8– RATING AND FEEDBACK
Our Quality department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, enquiries or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.
9– PRIVACY POLICY
Firdaws Academy keeps the privacy of both student and teacher. All personal information is considered as secret information that no one has the right to know, copy nor use it in any way. Emails offered by the academy to teachers and students are the formal and only correspondences channel.
10– PAYMENT POLICY
Subscription Policy
Trial Lesson
Subscription must be completed after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson begins.

Automatic Monthly Subscription
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day as your initial registration, unless you or the academy cancel it.
If you have remaining classes from the previous month:
Please do not cancel your automatic subscription, as this can cause scheduling issues. Instead, you may:
1. Request a refund for the unused classes from the academy, or
2. Arrange with your teacher to make up the missed classes at another suitable time.

Manual Monthly Subscription
Payment must be made on time each month, on the same date as your original registration. If payment is not received by this date, classes will be suspended until payment is completed.
You will receive an invoice every four weeks (via email or PayPal), covering the upcoming four weeks. Prompt payment is appreciated, as our ability to support our teachers depends on timely payments.
If you have remaining classes from the previous month:
Please do not delay the new payment to wait for those classes to be completed, as this will disrupt scheduling. Instead, you may:
1. Request a refund for the unused classes from the academy, or
2. Arrange with your teacher to make up the missed classes at another suitable time.
11– REFUND POLICY
if you aren’t satisfied! or if you wish to stop your classes at any time during the month, we will refund you 100% of the classes that have not been given. But you must email [email protected] or text the Live Chat icon Two days earlier than the date of stopping.
If the number of study hours has not been completed in a certain month you must arrange these missed classes ASAP with your teacher to make them up on other suitable days for both of you.
12– PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, ‘Allah has given you something better than them, the day of (Eid) Adhaa and the day of (Eid) Fitr.
Accordingly, we have two main public holidays which are Eid Adha holiday that lasts for 5 days and Eid Fitr holiday that lasts for 3 days. (Please note that your classes during these break will be as a gift for your teacher and will not be made up).
13 – Studying in the Academy (only)
Not allowed to study with your teacher out of the Academy. (Only in the Academy)
14 – Leaving the Academy
If the student decides to leave the Academy for any reason, we kindly request that they email [email protected] or text the Live Chat icon. Two days earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
15 – The Feedback Form
